Job Summary

The incumbent will be an Aliaxis Group employee based in Canada to support our Workday platform in the North & LATIN American time zones. They will be part of the Workday Global AMS Team and support globally from a Functional AMS Support Resource Centre.


Principal Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 front-line support for Workday queries, raised by the end-users.

  • Responsible for managing Workday functional tickets by investigating the issue/request and providing resolution within defined SLAs. Complete root cause analysis (RCA) if relevant.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents assigned. Escalate incidents to Tier 2 support based on the complexity of the tickets.

  • Collaborate with Workday functional experts in rolling out change requests (by testing and providing support as requested).

  • Develop and maintain Workday end-user guides, and SharePoint learning contents.

  • Contribute to Workday end-user adoption.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent).

  • 3-5 + years in Workday production support environment supporting Workday. 

  • Prior experience in a production support environment covering one or multiple functional areas.

  • Experience troubleshooting process issues, condition rules and calculated fields.

  • Good understanding of Workday core modules and security.

  • Should have an extremely high-level of attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a focus on documentation, presentation, and social skills.

  • Candidates with bilingual language (English and French) skills will be preferred.
