Meet the team:

Glydways is looking for a strategic and analytically minded person to help develop the Glydways product and go-to-market strategy. The Glydways system offers a completely new approach across rider experience, technology, operational design, and business model development. Come join the team that pulls these pieces together to make automated mass transit useful and efficient for cities, and magical for riders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Synthesize clear takeaways from complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Continuously develop a 30,000 ft view of strategy, as well as detailed research and analysis to support product and commercialization decision-making
  • Communicate effectively with all audiences (product managers, engineers, designers, bizdev, marketing), including senior leadership, in a structured manner
  • Build deep contextual and domain knowledge, and ensure data quality and build scalable tools
  • Complete market assessments to help guide product development and commercialization
  • Connect the dots between product development, unit economics, and commercialization to help guide go-to-market strategies
  • Projects may include: market sizing, industry and competitive research, financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and developing real-world operations strategies

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an analytical role (e.g. analyst, strategic ops, program manager, product manager, consulting)
  • Minimum 3 years experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams (e.g. product, engineering, marketing, legal)
  • Experience working with 0-1 products highly desirable
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Experience in public projects or the transportation industry is a plus

Location:

This is a remote opportunity based in the U.S.

Compensation:

  • $90,000 - $110,000 USD per year plus stock options and benefits, commensurate with experience
