We have an opportunity for a motivated individual to fill the role of Technician Dispatcher Scheduler.  In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Technical Services team.  A successful candidate will have a background in maintaining a technician schedule. This background will be utilized to manage both service and installation support for Budderfly. 

Why this Role is Important:
Budderfly installs a variety of advanced technologies to save energy on our customers’ sites. Ensuring that these technologies operate efficiently and without issue is vital to the success  of the organization. This role is for a key player among the impactful team tasked with ensuring that these technologies continue to operate at the utmost efficiency while ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. They will do this by managing all dispatching and scheduling functions for the Technical Services team. The successful candidate will have a background in maintaining a technician schedule. This background will be utilized to manage both service and installation support for Budderfly.

 Responsibilities:

  • Schedules and notifies service technicians of work order assignments using dispatching software and GPS tracking.
  • Receives check-in call from the service technicians and informs workers of the next job to respond to.
  • Supports internal technicians.
  • Maintains customer repair records using the computer database to give detailed history of the work performed at their sites.
  • Maintains dispatching board to ensure maximum efficient capacity of technicians.
  • Manage on-call schedule and notify technicians of their assigned weeks.
  • Notify answering service of the schedule and numbers to call in case of emergency.
  • Know and understand service work order module and service contracts.
  • Active in all facets of dispatch.
  • Various reporting responsibilities as needed.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years proven field experience in similar technician dispatching role
  • Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Maintaining positive relationships with technicians and customers
  • Enjoys continuous learning, as supported by your organization, both technically and professionally
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Work across / with organization Teams.

 

 

Compensation
$22$26 USD

Compensation is based on factors including level of experience, skillset, qualifications, and location.
