Job Overview:

Datamaran is seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our product team. You will have a strong background in product management within the SaaS industry, with a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex global problems. You will play a key role in driving the development and enhancement of our industry-leading ESG governance platform, having real impact on the product and on the wider world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features based on market insights, customer feedback, and business objectives
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements
  • Define and prioritise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business value
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation
  • Work closely with our in-house ESG experts, engineering, and design teams to align on product priorities, communicate updates, and drive cross-functional collaboration
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
    • 3+ years of experience in product management in the SaaS industry
    • Deep understanding of sustainability and ESG and knowledge of related regulatory frameworks is a bonus
    • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products and features
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product strategies
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
    • Experience with agile methodologies, product analytics, and project management tools such as Clickup, Jira, Monday.com…
    • Passion for sustainability and ESG risk management preferred
