  • Your main tasks as a menber of the operations team will be: 
    • Onboarding of Clients:
      • First contact with the client. 
      • Check and arrange the best options to deliver/ship the vehicles.
    • Shippings:
      • Commercial tests (logistic help).
      • Deliveries.
      • Spare parts movements.
    • Road assistance:
      • Main point of contact.
      • Analysis of the Road Assistance to see if it must be reinvoiced to the clients.
    •  Insurance: Insure control
      • Activate insurance of the vehicles before they leave our facilities.
      • Stop insurance when the vehicle is stopped in our facilities.
      • Invoice accidents with third parties where our client is guilty.
      • Contact with insurance Checkers to check the vehicle with accident with 3rd party and if needed claim the pending amount to be paid to Cooltra.
    • Spare parts:
      • Manage appropriate stock to run smoothly the maintenance of the fleet with internal and external workshops.
      • Manage with HQ Purchasing department additional requests.
    • Warranty claims with HQ teams.
    • Fleet control:
      • Minimal stock to tests.
      • Minimal stock to be delivered immediately (matriculated) in the main warehouse of the country.
      • Balancing fleet between delegations.
      • Deregister the vehicles if the scooter is not operational anymore.
      • Replacement vehicle management.
    • Secondhand Sale:
      • Prepare the scooters to be sold.
      • Activate sale channels and potential dealers/workshops interested in.
    • Fines:
      • Identify our client when we receive the fine.
      • Communicate and charge to the client the fine management.
      • Pay the fine if necessary, before been overcharged.
    • Account Management:
      • Manage preventive o reactive maintenance appointments and request from current clients.
      • Check current status of mileage of the contract and charge excess if necessary or update the monthly fees according to the real mileage.
      • Technical inspections if needed.
    • Main contact with Importers, Dealers and Brands.
