Scope3 has significant market traction with more than 70+ customers and is experiencing accelerated growth.
Scope3 is a fully remote company and largely asynchronous to provide flexible working hours and to operate globally, with concentrations in New York and Europe. At this time, we are hiring in Canada, Australia, UK, France, Germany, and the United States.
About the role...
As the CRM Administrator, you will be responsible for driving the success of our Marketing, Sales, Service, Solutions and Operations efforts through expert configuration, optimization, and management of Scope3’s HubSpot ecosystem. You will sit at the intersection of Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations and Commercial Operations, playing a critical role in driving CRM adoption focused on tooling scalability, effectiveness and efficiency for our cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the overall administration and utilization of HubSpot
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop, project manage and implement strategies to enhance Scope3’s marketing and business automation and ensure that Scope3 maximizes the value of our HubSpot investment.
- Administer HubSpot optimizations to increase lead generation, improve lead routing workflows, increase conversion rates, and shorten sales cycles
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance counterparts to develop and maintain comprehensive reporting and dashboards to track key performance metrics, sales pipeline analysis, and revenue forecasting
- Develop models and workflows to understand Scope3’s conversion funnel from marketing activities, to marketing leads, to sales leads and ultimately to closed deals
- Facilitate and foster best practice GTM Sales and Customer Success routines through HubSpot
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain ongoing data integrity within HubSpot
- Provide ongoing support and training to cross-functional teams leveraging HubSpot
- Partner with Engineering to project manage system integrations with HubSpot
- Streamline and improve sales processes, from lead generation and opportunity management to contract negotiation and deal closure. Identify bottlenecks, implement best practices, and leverage technology to enhance efficiency, shorten sales cycles, and increase conversion rates.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in CRM Administration
- HubSpot certifications
- Demonstrated ability to contribute at strategic, operational and tactical levels
- Proven track record of scaling out processes and training across a global organization.
- Expertise in process design and documentation, optimization and GTM execution
- Proven track record of driving operational improvements and delivering measurable results for the broader organization.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Team-first mentality and communication skills that allow you to influence others at all levels and across all functions within the organization to rally behind shared business goals.
- High adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment by managing and prioritizing competing demands.
