About Position:

As Enterprise Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to help build out our account management strategy for our diverse product lines. You will directly manage our most strategic customers, drive efficiency in our existing onboarding processes, refine and iterate on our customer success playbook, and collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure we consistently exceed customer expectations.

What You’ll Do:

  • You’ll get the opportunity to help build out Patch’s customer account management playbook from the ground up alongside our Head of Revenue and Enterprise Sales Leader

  • You’ll roll up your sleeves and directly manage a book of our key Enterprise customers (>5,000 FTE)

  • You’ll achieve a market leading renewal rate and customer satisfaction score

  • You’ll drive adoption, efficiencies and repeatability in our processes, with a focus on strategic-level customers

  • You’ll deliver a world class customer experience to your customers and remain curious on how to improve the customer outcomes

  • You’ll lead our largest most strategic deals to renewal and partner with Account Executives on areas for growth

  • You’ll be the voice of the customer, listen to their needs, and systematically bring detailed feedback to the internal team to help inform product roadmap and priorities

  • You’ll partner internally with Product, Climate Strategy & Solutions, Sales, Marketing and other teams to achieve outcomes for your customers

  • You’ll take an entrepreneurial approach to the role

Who You Are:

  • You are an experienced account manager with a history of building out strategies and relationships with enterprise customers

  • You have a proven track record of consistently achieving account management and growth targets for strategic and enterprise customers

  • You are willing to roll up your sleeves and be a team of one as you build a strategy

  • You have deep knowledge of large enterprise post-sales motion

  • You have experience in building or being part of a scaling account management or customer success team at a fast-growth company - preferably a B2B Startup

  • You are an empathetic listener and communicator who can effectively partner with internal and external stakeholders

  • You know or are interested in continuously learning more about climate action and carbon markets 

  • You are willing and able to travel occasionally to client locations to build and support relationships

  • You are willing and able to work from the Hayes Valley office in San Francisco, California a few days a week.
