The Implementation Manager will support the successful deployment and integration of Choco’s AI and App solutions for food distributors across North America. This role requires a blend of project management, technical acumen, and client engagement skills to ensure seamless implementation and exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, a quick learner, and passionate about technology, client success, and the foodservice industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of Choco solutions.
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to understand client requirements and develop tailored execution plans to meet client needs
Managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful implementations.
Lead client kickoff meetings and regular project status meetings to drive project forward
Schedule, prep, and conduct client training sessions.
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and escalating them to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Maintain accurate project documentation and update internal systems with project status and client information.
Support the continuous improvement of implementation processes and methodologies.
Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer success to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
1-2 years of experience in implementation, project management, or a related role, preferably within the technology sector.
Ability to use project management software and/or create tracks or project plans in excel
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
