The role

We’re looking for a high-caliber individual contributor with a great marketing sense and strong analytical chops to accelerate Presto’s growth and increase market penetration.

Simply put, your job is to 10x Presto’s growth. You will drive initiatives to increase Presto’s adoption across the funnel, including deciding how, what, and when to communicate Presto's value proposition to fleets and drivers.

You will report to and work closely with Anusha, Head of Ops in crafting and executing growth and expansion approaches for the various customer and partner segments.

You will be responsible for

Growing the number of Weekly Active Users charging on the platform. This can be achieved through

  • Increasing penetration in existing markets and segments
    • Understanding the funnel by partner and segment type and where drop-offs occur
    • Evaluating new ideas/ tactics to get more customers through each step of the funnel
    • Working closely with tech, BD, and finance to implement ideas
    • Measuring performance and adjusting tactics while keeping profits and ROI in check

  • Communicating Presto’s value to drivers and fleets to drive adoption
    • Understanding partner segments and figuring out the best marketing approach to get Presto to as many customers as possible
    • Identifying the highest value locations to launch Presto at, and executing the launch
    • Driving our marketing channel strategy and message placement

 

Qualifications/ skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, strategy and operations management consulting, or similar roles, in a fast-paced organization, preferably a startup
  • Creative problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Strong bias for action

Prior experience working in a B2B2C setup and/or with EVs is a bonus. 

 

Location: Remote or hybrid in the San Francisco Bay Area; requires travel
