As Senior Director of Employee Engagement, you will drive our people-focused mission, vision, and values to ensure every employee can live a healthy and productive life. You will direct, plan, and organize the Agency’s Human Resources, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Labor Relations, Training, and Organizational Development functions. You will supervise directors, managers, and other positions in the Employee Engagement team. This role also includes establishing department operating policies and procedures, maintaining positive employee relations, and implementing performance standards for the department. 

 

This position reports to the Chief People and Financial Officer and has up to eight direct reports (Director, Senior Manager, Manager and Admin Support levels). Compensation for this role includes a base salary range of $145,942 - $218,911 + benefits such as medical/dental/vision, retirement savings options with PERS or 457 deferred compensation, generous PTO, ORCA card and more.
