Who’ll You Be Joining: 

Reporting to the VP, Supply Chain & Operations, the ideal candidate will have experience working with a 3PL. This is a high impact role where you will manage day to day execution at multiple 3PL sites. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing inbound receiving, outbound shipping, returns management and inventory accuracy. You will also own the overall relationship with our partners and will be responsible for sourcing new locations as needed.

How You’ll Make an Impact: 

  • Ensure the service level requirements for all inbound/outbound shipments are met
  • Work with the warehouse to Flag priority orders and revise schedules to meet outbound orders
  • Establish a returns process that is easy to manage and monitor performance to SLA
  • Reconcile inventory between our system and the warehouse weekly & oversee the execution of their cycle count program to mitigate inventory variances.
  • Work with the warehouse to address any concerns they may have that will impact their performance and increase touch points.
  • Coordinate VAS projects and other special scenarios like new product launch, physical inventory to ensure the warehouse is ready for processing
  • Monitor, analyze and report daily/weekly warehouse performance through effective KPI tracking and data collection for all warehouses
  • Liase with warehouse leads to plan long term and labour capacity through regular forecast updates – identify potential risks and establish plans to resolve or mitigate them
  • Reviews monthly invoices and identifies areas of improvement with the warehouse staff in order to reduce costs
  • Leads the implementation of EDI functionality between our systems and the warehouse by working with the IT team and the account manage to develop a project plan and by assisting in testing
  • Monitors daily transactions to ensure there are no delays and involves IT as needed to resolve issues

What You’llBring to the Table:   

  • You have 5 years of experience working with a 3PL
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets to identify trends and anomalies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence decision making
  • Experience developing and presenting reports
  • Comfortable using Netsuite or a similar ERP
