We have an opportunity for a motivated individual to fill the role of Emergency HVAC Project Associate.

In this position, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Emergency – HVAC Replace leadership in their regular responsibilities.

These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, contractor reach out, work with our Engineering team , work order creation, gathering key documentation, scheduling and facilitating problem resolution, and providing general day-to-day support.

 Why this Role is Important:

The Project Associate will provide crucial support to execution of the responsibilities above to ensure customer satisfaction and required timelines are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and assignment of project work orders (WO) for contractors.
  • Upload and update data provided by contractors in Smartsheets.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including but not limited to: communicating with Account Managers and Customers to provide updates on projects.
  • Ensure equipment ships out and meets deadlines provided.
  • Partner with the Fulfillment and assist with equipment warranty Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs).
  • Communicate with suppliers.
  • Communicate with contractors to get installation quotes/ unit replacements.
  • Assist with project closeout and all associated verifications.
  • Partner with the Service team to deploy and track installation-related warranty issues.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with project results, including the documentation, reporting, and follow-up of installation-related issues.
  • General everyday support.

 Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management/coordinator.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, can work as a team player and independently.
  • Problem solving skills and out of the box thinking.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and customers.
  • Competency in standard Microsoft applications, such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration preferred.
  • Pay band (Non-exempt): $32.50 - $34.50/hour)

 

Compensation
$32.50$34.50 USD

Compensation is based on factors including level of experience, skillset, qualifications, and location.
