Construction Manager

ACCIONA, in its Construction Business is looking for a Construction Manager based in Philippines.

The main functions will be:

• Coordinate site works, in direct contact with the supervisors/superintendents from the subcontractors.
• Ensure the achievement of the performances specified in the works schedule.
• Manage the foremen in the team.
• Ensure the implementation of the method statements on site, assuming the responsibilities indicated in them, as well as in the Inspection and Test Plans.
• Report daily to the management all the issues on site.
• Prepare and coordinate the different supplies needed on site (concrete, steel, formwork, auxiliary equipment, fuel).
• Control the use of the materials supplied and assignment of cost codes.
• Control the personnel on site (presence, hours…) and report weekly to the management
• Coordination of the marine equipment.
• Coordinate the use of the cranes on site.
• Participate in the toolbox talks with the members of the crew.
• Participate in the weekly meetings with the subcontractors.

• Civil engineer or similar.
• Extensive construction supervision experience, at least, 10 years of experience in similar positions.
• Extensive construction experience in a high density.
• Extensive stakeholder engagement in a construction environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent English.
