About the Role & Your Impact

We are hiring a Heat Pump Installation Manager with operational experience designing, installing, and managing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical upgrades. You’ll be the primary guide for homeowners throughout their home electrification project while collaborating with our Home Advisors, Engineers, and Operations teams to deliver the best product and customer experience possible. Critically – you will be part of building a team that will change the paradigm of home comfort and efficiency. 

What You Bring 

• 5+ years in an operational role managing the installation of residential heat pumps and related home energy systems
• Deep understanding and knowledge of heat pump design, buildings, home comfort, and HVAC
• Strong project management experience, ideally managing installation processes and working across a variety of stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to operate and manage an installation process within a CRM (Hubspot or equivalent)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Licensed (or can become so quickly) in one of the following areas: 
• Plumbing (e.g., State of Colorado Residential Plumber License) 
• Electrical (e.g., State of Colorado Residential Wireman) 
• HVAC (e.g., Denver’s Heating and Ventilating Class B Supervisor - Residential Only [F32 - National Standard Residential Mechanical - Class C], or NATE Certification)
• Experience negotiating with subcontractors and managing pricing 
  
  

Total Compensation & Benefits

This candidate lives within 50 miles of Denver, CO (or is willing to relocate with assistance). The expected compensation range is between $90,000-$125,000 plus meaningful equity depending on qualifications.
