  • Be their eyes and ears on the ground and a friendly face for the wider Kraken teamManage our Kraken Team assistant and ensure they are set up for success
  • Hybrid working; in the office every day when the manager is in London, but when they aren’t then 2 / 3 days in the office
  • Be savvy with booking breakfasts, lunches and dinners both internally and externally - being one step ahead at all times
  • Inbox management once established in the role

What you'll need

  • Resilience as you onboard at the same time
  • Calm under pressure and okay with ambiguity as the role takes shape
  • Someone that is ten steps ahead and really putting themself in their manager's shoes
  • Someone that wants to progress in their career and could become EA/Chief of Staff once the core role is mastered
  • Friendly and approachable with externals and clients
  • Experience with C-Suite is a must and strong preference for either a graduate degree or 10 years EA experience
  • The successful candidate must remain unflappable and must make every minute of the day count
  • Great relationship building skills
