Join us on our journey: To drive the smart and sustainable energy future, we are looking for a forward-thinking Business Development Working student in sales (d/f/m) with CRM-Management experience, ideally HubSpot, who will help us create a best in class customer journey which is matched with efficient internal processes.- Start Date: 01.10.2024
- Duration: Ideally until end of studies

- Employment Type: Part-Time Internship/Working Student
Your Responsibilities
- CRM management with HubSpot
- Maintenance and optimization of our CRM (HubSpot)
- Implementation and customization of workflows for the automation of sales and marketing processes
- Support with the integration of HubSpot with other tools and systems
- Creation of reports and analyses to evaluate customer activities and needs
- Creating reports for the sales team and management
- Continuously improve CRM data quality
- Optimize sales processes
- Analysis of existing sales processes and identification of optimization potential based on CRM Insights
- Supporting the development and implementation of strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention
- Collaboration with the sales team to implement and track measures
Your Profile
- Studies: Enrolled in the university in the field of economics, marketing, computer science or a related field
- HubSpot experience: Practical experience with HubSpot, especially in CRM management and workflow automation
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze sales and marketing processes and identify potential optimizations
- Technical understanding: Basic knowledge of the integration of CRM systems and other digital tools
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in German and English (min. B2)
- Ability to work in a team: Willingness to work in a dynamic and committed team
- Proactivity: Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working

I am pleased to give you a brief overview of myself and my professional career. I originally come from the Rhineland and studied industrial engineering in Aachen. After various internships in Germany and abroad, I started at Siemens in the in-house strategy consulting department in Munich. After consulting, I worked at various start-ups, including a start-up in the energy sector, where I built up the sales department. The combination of energy and start-up/sales development experience led me to Entrix. Our current focus is on developing and building an efficient and professional sales team.
My passion lies in shaping the company's success together with my team. Our goal is to build an outstanding company that provides a crucial building block for the successful energy transition. This requires creative approaches and a lot of hard work.
