Alarm.com, a highly innovative, diversified, and entrepreneurial SaaS (Software as a Service) company, is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our Business Unit FP&A team in Tysons Corner, VA or Brooklyn, NY, specifically supporting our EnergyHub business.
We are seeking an experienced and initiative-taking SR. FP&A Manager to lead our financial planning and analysis function for our EnergyHub business on an individual contributor basis. The SR. FP&A Manager will be responsible for overseeing forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis processes, as well as providing strategic financial insights to support the business’ growth and long-term profitability potential. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial management principles, and a proven track record of driving process improvements. This position will report to the VP of FP&A and will collaborate closely with other members of both the Alarm.com and EnergyHub senior management teams to help achieve the potential of our growing company. The position will be 80% dedicated specifically to FP&A functions on behalf of EnergyHub, with the other 20% allocable to a range of responsibilities across a diverse group of venture business units as needed.

The salary range of this opportunity is listed below and is determined within a range based on factors including qualifications, location and experience. This allows opportunity for growth and development within the role. The salary offered is part of a total compensation package.
