We are now looking for a Salesforce Technical Support Specialist to join our new Salesforce Support team in the Packaging Materials division’s Commercial Excellence IT and Digitalization Organization. This team collaborates to ensure the smooth operation, optimization, and continuous improvement of Salesforce and other applications within the organization. Each member plays a crucial role in leveraging technology to drive business success and efficiency in our division.

In this key role, you will focus on troubleshooting, resolving issues, and providing Business support for our Salesforce platform and PROS (Price management application). Task includes providing Technical Support, Documentation, Reporting and Analytics, and foremost collaboration with other teams. Supporting user Training as needed.

This temporary or Job rotation role is expected to last for 6 months. The location will be in Helsinki, Ostrava and the United Kingdom or any other Stora Enso location within the Nordics, and you will report to the Product Manager

  

About you

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with users across the organization. Detailed qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support for Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities, including apex programming, data modelling, and reporting tools.

  • Salesforce Certification is preferable and seen as a benefit or other relevant Salesforce certifications.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.

  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications is a plus.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
