Senior Product Manager / Product Management Director - Renewable Energy Software

Your mission

• You own the product roadmap with the goal of maximizing addressable & serviceable market
• You act as interface between software users, (potential) customers and our software development team
• You develop a deep understanding of our product and industry and our customer’s needs
• You clarify user requirements and turn them into clear product specifications 
• You dynamically manage the product backlog and roadmap based on business requirements and resource availability in close collaboration with the CEO and CTO
• You represent the company and product at industry conferences, as well as towards clients and partners and at industry conferences

Your profile

• A very high level of entrepreneurial thinking and solution orientation, driven by the desire to make optimal commercial and technology choices that will deliver high-quality software and delight our customers
• Minimum 3 years experience in a product management role; experience with iterative development frameworks (e.g. SCRUM) and a demonstrated history of solid product management structures and processes to measure, track and achieve objectives and key results
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and the willingness to travel between 10 and 20% of the time to represent the company towards customers or at industry events
• Experience in B2B SaaS, the energy industry (specifically in power trading or power generation), or a related field is a plus
• Good understanding of software development (e.g. API, backend, frontend, database, are very well understood terms); own software development experience (e.g. Python, R, Matlab, ..) is a plus
• A high level of integrity, work ethic and the wish to leave a lasting positive impact on the world is part of your DNA
