We are looking for somebody to join us on this exciting journey to lead our efforts around implementing and improving systems that help our Sales and other Go To Market teams go faster.


The Sales and Go To Market Systems Manager will ensure we equip the team with state-of-the art tools and systems.


Your mission
  • Define systems roadmap - this includes CRM and other tools that boost sales efficiency and effectiveness as well as marketing tools and customer success tools, including topics such as account and contact data enrichment, sequencing, CPQ and revenue intelligence

  • Implement the defined roadmap, directing consultants, internal IT and subject matter experts within the business

  • Continuously improve existing systems by resolving issues and implementing new features

  • Operate systems in collaboration with the business, manage licenses, trainings and access controls

Your profile
Must haves
  • Bachelor degree in business or technical studies

  • 5+ years of role-specific work experience working in the systems space with focus on sales / go to market systems

  • Proven track record in implementing systems “from scratch” as well as migrating between systems

  • Experience with CRM software as well as typical supporting tools

  • Ability to orchestrate complex implementations through rigorous project management and proactive stakeholder engagement

  • Ability to build the bridge between business users and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications

Bonus points for
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS Software company

  • Experience working with finance, sales and other Go To Market teams (e.g. business development, partner, customer success, marketing)

What we offer you
  • An extensive compensation package: According to our collective agreement, the minimum salary for this role is EUR 3,724 gross per month, however the higher packages are likely based on your qualifications and experience.
