Order execution with all internal processes from PO to payment collection.
Assist Sales Managers in inquiries of stock, capacities, production.
Follow-up closely production planning and ensure production.
Coordination with other departments requirements of the contract.
Issue documents for business with EU customers.
Follow-up closely warehousing times in China, as well as EU and manage release/pick-up/delivery.
Identify sales opportunities, developing strong channels and consolidating long-lasting business relationships with strategic partners such as project developers, EPCs, technical advisors, investors and key project stakeholders.
Establish a foundation of trust with key customers in the PV sector, building sustained collaboration and success.
Meet sales targets.
Participate in sales strategy development and marketing plans for the German PV module project market.
Lead projects proficiently from inception to successful contract closure by providing an exceptional level of service and expertise.
Develop a strong partnership and work closely with the internal teams (Legal, Technical, Operations and others) for successful contract negotiations.
Your profile
Education: Preferable degree(s) and/or training in international trade, (international) business administration, logistics, economics and management, PV.
Experience of at least 1-2 years of experience in sales or internal sales in an international company.
Native German speaker and fluent in English.
Goal oriented; independent, flexible, and able to work under pressure and in changing market conditions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, attentive to customers & team members, strong intercultural skills, good team worker, strong ability to work independently, strong skills of making things happen in cooperation with internal departments.
