Are you a dynamic Account Executive with hunter energy, ready to drive our sales and expand Upright's reach across Europe? If so, we're on the lookout for someone just like you to join our fast-paced growth journey.
In this role, you'll be a driving force in growing our customer base and expanding Upright's presence in the CSRD data market, taking ownership of the entire sales journey—from the first contact to closing the deal. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be on the front lines, introducing Upright's double materiality assessment data to new customers. You'll work closely with our marketing and communications team, as well as our sales development representatives, making collaboration a core part of your daily routine. We're looking for someone who thrives on teamwork, enjoys sharing ideas, and is eager to celebrate wins together as a team. At the same time, we need someone who isn’t afraid to take ownership of the sales process and is confident in closing deals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Owning the whole sales process from initial contact to closing the deal
- Executing high-quality sales meetings and product demos

Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to mentor and coach others, further enhancing your own skills and contributing to the team's success
- A fun and kind team with exceptional people who care about what they do
- Competitive compensation, including a performance-based component, stock options, and a comprehensive healthcare package
