YOUR MISSION
To support our engineering team and the successful execution of our ISS and other space missions, we are looking for a specialist to oversee the in-house production of 3D-printed fluidics systems using SLA printing.
The main task will be the production and testing of small fluidic systems and their components using 3D printing. In addition, the role will include involvement in the development of the latest space hardware, including the assembly, integration and testing of real space components. YOUR TASKS
  • Production and testing of 3D-printed components (using SLA printing from Formlabs) for space experiments according to specified processes
  • Testing of produced components before they are used for projects
  • Laser cutting of seals and laser engraving of serial numbers and other information on components
  • Documentation of production and tests performed
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • Completed technical training
  • Experience with SLA 3D printing
  • Experience with CAD
  • are experienced with MS Office
  • are a team player with communication skills, supportive, well organized and have an independent way of working
  • fluently speak and write in English and ideally good in German
  • ideally experience with ANSYS
