Quality Assurance Lead

Your tasks will include
eAgronom is on a mission to revolutionize agriculture, and to ensure the highest quality in software, we are seeking a Quality Assurance Lead. Your tasks will be:

• Develop and implement test plans that align with project goals.
• Oversee testing efforts, resolving defects with cross-functional teams.
• Drive test automation and refine processes for efficiency.
• Track quality metrics and provide insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate QA standards.
• Manage risks by identifying and mitigating quality issues.

Must-haves

• You have previous working experience as a Senior QA Engineer or QA Lead.
• You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• English at a business level is a must.
• You are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and energetic.
• You are able to identify and implement innovative solutions to testing challenges.
