Training & Enablement Inter

Be part of a once-in-a lifetime opportunity to transform the automotive industry.The successful candidate for this role will be a key member of the European Enablement Team responsible for all aspects of the development and delivery of training and enablement materials to create a world-class customer experience and assist in building the Lucid brand in Europe.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to determine specific training needs and align training goals with the overall Sales and Delivery objectives. In this role you will be able to lead others in the organization to implement programs and measure the impact. You will play a vital role in ensuring our sales associates are capable of exceeding their goals.

The ideal candidate will thrive in ambiguous situations and demonstrate flexibility in the face of shifting priorities in a fast-paced startup environment. The ability to think big and focus on scalable, measurable processes which drive immediate results to help establish and support a strong learning culture are critical. Up to 50% travel could be required at times based on business needs.

What you’ll do

  • Design, develop, deliver, and manage sales training content and learner-centric programs including presentations, content pages, process guides, instructions manuals, videos, facilitator guides, infographics, E-learning, newsletters, webinars, workshops, and classroom-based training using effective instructional design and learning experience methodologies and technologies
  • Build and maintain design documents outlining course objectives, content, assessment, and evaluation criteria
  • Organize, develop, distribute and track learning deliverables on a Learning Management System and other enablement platforms to gauge impact and continually improve
  • Work cross-functionally to support new hire training and provide new and existing employees with impactful learning paths, content, and curriculua
  • Maintain LMS and an Enablement platform creating and assigning training paths and tracking training programs
  • Conduct training and development needs analyses
  • Demonstrate a strong and engaging facilitation presence with the ability to listen and quickly adjust content to meet the needs of a diverse audience
  • Create schedules & communications to ensure all customer needs and expectations are met
  • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), business leaders, and stakeholders to ensure learning content is accurate and relevant to diverse audiences
  • Evaluate the business impact of learning programs through metrics and analysis, identify gaps and create dynamic training experiences accordingly
  • Develop communications to drive adoption to content
  • Work closely with the Enablement Operations Manager and operations groups to ensure content is impactful and fits within an established framework of learning and systems
  • Perform other duties as needed

 

What You Bring

  • The demonstrable ability to turn complex instructions into clear, engaging, brand-centric, multimedia content
  • High integrity with a defined work ethic and a service-oriented mentality
  • Knowledge of Adult Learning principles and how to apply them in the development of dynamic learning material including, e-Learning courses, training videos, and presentation decks for sales teams or customers
  • Experience with video editing: Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or similar software
  • Expertise with the Adobe Suite and Productivity Tools
  • Strong collaborative spirit across cross-functional teams: You genuinely like helping others, have a service-oriented mindset, and love building new things
  • Proactive and curious attitude: You enjoy researching alternate content, templates, and tools to improve learning experiences and outcomes
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills, both verbal and written
  • You are a digital native who understands the benefits of TikTok and other social media platforms, and can
