Your mission at Sistema.bio:


Reporting to the Aftersales Service Manager or Asst. Manager After sales, the Service Engineer will be responsible for Daily Complaint closer & Follow ups, technical guidance to the customer and field team on site, Analyse service data and customer feedback to identify areas for process optimization, Training to Customer and field staff to deliver quality services and ensuring services meet the business need. He or she will assist the team of customer care, Field Service trainers & internal/external supervisors/ technicians to achieve the highest level of after sale services according to the global standards of Sistema.bio with the central focus on customer service and satisfaction


You’ll be in charge of:


  • Min. 60 field visits per month for the quality audits after complaint resolution by Service technician.
  • Closure of all customer service requests within Scope, time and cost targets.
  • Track service delays and bottlenecks and solve them on the go to ensure service team efficiency.
  • Ensure 100% quality and work process compliance by the team.
  • Training of Service teams to strive for the highest order of customer satisfaction with their technical and communication skills.
  • Consolidate after sale service data by developing technical documentation, reports and corresponding training materials.
  • Recording After sales service data in SF/ Taro woks.


More about YOU:


Education:  


Mechanical, Electrical Engineering degree 


Key Experiences & Skills:


  • 5+ years of rural after-sale service experience
  • Work experience in the Biogas industry would be a great plus!
  • You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills and are able to offer solutions on the go.
  • You are extremely respectful towards farmers and field staff and have a strong attitude of service.
  • You are highly attentive to details and have a track record of maintaining quality standards.
