The job

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Partner Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Partner Manager, you will be responsible for actively managing business accounts from hardware manufacturers/OEMs within the EV charge point management system ecosystem. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless integration of payment terminals (cloud-to-cloud, hardware-to-hardware) such as Payter, CCV and others, with our SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Account Management:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with hardware manufacturers/OEMs in the EV charge point management system industry 

- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner accounts, addressing any technical inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, development, and customer support to ensure partner satisfaction and success.


2. Integration Testing:

- Conduct thorough integration testing of payment terminals, including but not limited to Payter, CCV, to ensure seamless compatibility with our SaaS platform.

- Create test cases, reports, and update relevant documentation. 

 - Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues or discrepancies during the integration process, working closely with partners and internal teams to resolve them in a timely manner.

- Document integration processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference and knowledge sharing.


3. Technical Expertise:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and standards related to EV charge point management systems and payment terminal integrations.

- Provide technical guidance and support to partners throughout the integration process, offering insights and recommendations to optimize performance and functionality.

- Collaborate with product and development teams on creating documentation (technical, internal & customer facing)


4. Project Management:

- Manage multiple integration projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are achieved according to predefined milestones.

- Track and report on project progress, highlighting any risks or challenges that may impact timelines or outcomes.

- Work closely with internal stakeholders to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively to support integration initiatives.


You have

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

- Proven experience in technical partner management, account management, or a similar role within the SaaS industry.

- Strong understanding of EV charge point management systems and related technologies.

- Familiarity with payment terminals (hardware-to-hardware, cloud-to-cloud) , and experience with integration testing is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and exceeding partner expectations.
