Estamos buscando un perfil de soporte IT junior que se integrará dentro del equipo actual, para servir como uno de los principales contactos para el usuario final en nuestras operaciones en España y en Europa. Este puesto estará ubicado en nuestra oficina de Madrid, que cuenta con unos 300 empleados, siendo un entorno muy dinámico.
Reportando al miembro senior del equipo, se realizará la asistencia técnica a los usuarios tanto de manera presencial, como por control remoto en los casos que aplique.
