Job Description:

As a market leader, the talent and passion of our people are critical to our success. The Human Capital Function in London provides support and strategy at every level of Alantra’s business covering Europe, the US, and Asia.

We are looking for an Analyst to join our international Human Capital team to contribute to the day-to-day business and to the execution of our people initiatives in the UK. The successful candidate will have direct exposure to all levels of the organization and will have the opportunity to gain responsibility and develop in a fast-paced environment.

Some of these responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the co-ordination and onboarding of new hires (adding new hires to Workday, running HR induction).
  • Assisting the Human Capital Business Partners (HCBPs) with International Mobility.
  • Utilising HR software to maintain HR data and operations.
  • Assisting with the full cycle of recruitment, including preparing and issuing offer letters and contracts.
  • Managing the offboarding process.
  • Supporting the year-end and mid-year performance process.
  • Supporting the HCBPs with employee relations cases, including managing probation periods.
  • Supporting the design of Learning & Development initiatives.
  • Preparing the monthly international payroll update in a timely manner.
  • Gathering and analysing HR data using Workday, including monthly reporting.
  • Acting as a point of contact for the business, monitoring the HC Inbox and dealing with various HR queries.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one-year previous experience in HR, and an interest in finding innovative solutions and process improvements.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong academic background/results, educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Previous experience with Workday is a plus.
  • Ability to contribute your own ideas and work autonomously.
  • Strong work ethic and desire to achieve excellence.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
