About the Role & Your Impact

You’ll be joining an early-stage team and have the unique opportunity to work on greenfield projects with a talented team. As a Staff Full Stack Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work across our entire software platform, which ranges from native mobile apps and web portals for our Homeowners, to home energy modeling and HVAC design software for our team of Home Electrification Advisors. You will be a leader on our team - designing new systems, building project plans, operating production applications, and mentoring other engineers.

What You Bring

8+ years of professional software engineering experience across a wide range of languages and frameworks (eg. Python, TypeScript, Vue, PostgreSQL).
You are comfortable and confident operating production applications on a cloud platform (eg. GCP, AWS, Azure).
You have demonstrated the ability to lead a team to build greenfield applications, and you are excited to do it again.
You enjoy working directly with users to empathize with their needs, and then design elegant solutions.
Passion for whole home electrification, building science, and/or HVAC design.

Nice to Haves

Experience building native mobile applications
Ability to perform and thrive at early stage startups and/or fast growing environments
Strong math background or practical data science experience
Experience in climate tech
