We have been licensing Kraken for over 4 years now, transforming businesses by not only moving their customer base to our Kraken platform but also changing their operating model & ways of working. Throughout this time our team has been at the forefront of industry leading migrations whilst setting a new standard for what business transformation can look like. 

You will be joining the client delivery team with Kraken working to support European clients through their technology transformation journeys, supporting long term migration projects.
The Migration and Implementation Lead is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of migration and implementation project at our clients. The focus of this role is on the operations team and cultural change, requiring close collaboration with the technology teams. You play a central role in ensuring that the transition to new systems is efficient and successful.  

The Migration and Implementation Lead has to really understand how Kraken works, understand problems or requests raised by the client and refine solutions in the best way to leverage existing and new capability. They will bring technology, people and processes together to innovate improvements for our clients. You will also support the client in adapting to ways of working that are aligned to Kraken’s development style. You will work closely with Kraken’s product managers and developers to request development needs and act as a link to the client.


What you'll do

  • You lead migration projects, including planning, resource allocation and time management.
  • You will work with various stakeholders, including IT teams, management and end users, to clarify requirements and expectations.
  • You prepare training and coaching for employees and provide support during the transition phase to ensure that everyone can work with the new systems.
  • Understand and document incoming customer requests and route them to the right people in the development team according to priority.
  • You scrutinize the customer's requirements and the technical development approach
  • You explain the concept for technical development and information security to and for the customer.
  • You initiate new projects and set up new project routines. 
  • Requirements management and formulation of customer needs as well as planning and communication to achieve the desired functional requirements on the customer platform are also part of your tasks
  • Lead the development teams in delivering product features that meet client business requirements and project deadlines.
  • You will develop and support the client delivery leads within the organization.
  • You will have a deep understanding of the Kraken infrastructure and align client direction with the overall goal of the Kraken platform.
  • You live in the Rhein-Main area in order to be close to the customer

What you'll need

  • Fluent English + German is required

  • Strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience
  • Agile delivery experience 
  • Experience of product management and customer journeys
  • Solid understanding of technology and associated trends
  • Excellent communications, collaboration and presentation skills
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking
  • Experience of working with significant complex delivery pipelines for clients
  • Patience and initiative - our clients are undergoing huge transformations that take time and require our understanding 
  • Time management and a get-stuff-done attitude
  • Consulting experience is a plus
