Lead the Log-out / Tag-out office and coordinate all permit to safe work on the installation
Prepare and manage safety documents (Safe systems of work) applicable to electrical activities on site. This shall include Switching schedules and Permit system
Prepare and conduct training of personnel onsite in view of Authorization to conduct specific activities under the Electrical and Mechanical safety rules
Ensure that risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) are reviewed with regards to HSE requirements and that work is carried out in accordance with the RAMS
Ensure that relevant HSEQ requirements are incorporated into area of responsibility and, in consultation with site management, HSE and Commissioning team, that HSE hazards are eliminated or mitigated to the extent practicable
