Advisory Manager

• You drive Climeworks commercial strategy in selected key industries (e.g., tech, telco, etc.).
• You advise Climeworks customers on best-in-class carbon removal strategies to achieve corporate Net Zero commitments or sustainability objectives.
• You continuously innovate CW’s value proposition in different industries based on first-hand market feedback.

• You hold a university degree from a leading institution and a strong academic track record.
• You have at least [3-5] years’ professional experience in a top-tier company with strategic and commercial scope as well as client-facing responsibilities.
• You possess excellent problem-solving, written & verbal communication, and client interaction skills.
• You have a deep knowledge of one or more of the following topics: corporate sustainability, carbon markets, green finance.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a can-do attitude.
• You are capable of self-directed & independent execution and your exceptional people skills set you apart.
• You are proficient in English.
• You are willing to travel occasionally.

The salary range has been set by factors such as function, career level, and location and therefore may vary. The US base salary for this full-time position is typically $130,000-$150,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
