Are you passionate about project development and skilled in AutoCAD? As a Junior Project Development Manager in Romania, you will play a crucial role in launching solar and BESS projects. Your close collaboration with the local project development team and various stakeholders will be instrumental in driving these projects forward. Your skills and knowledge, especially with AutoCAD, will play a key role in shaping the future of renewable energy in Romania. Your Job
  • Site Identification: Analyse and evaluate potential sites for photovoltaic and BESS development in Romania.
  • Plan Evaluation: Request and review zonal, regional, and development plans by directly collaborating with construction authorities and municipalities.
  • Project Support: Assist in managing and supporting the development of large-scale, ground-mounted photovoltaic projects.
  • Documentation Review: Ensure project documents and external contracts are accurate and compliant.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and budgets to management.
  • Budget & Schedule: Monitor project budgets, timelines, and schedules.
  • Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring adherence to company standards.
  • Risk & Quality Management: Identify risks and follow quality assurance procedures to maintain project standards.
  • Technical Expertise: Use AutoCAD to develop and refine project designs and layouts.
Your profile
  • Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.
  • Experience: Prior experience in project development, particularly in renewable energy, is a plus.
  • Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. GIS experience is a bonus.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Romanian construction regulations and urban planning.
  • Languages: Fluent in Romanian and English, with strong communication skills.
  • Travel: To travel to the sites, having a B driver's license would be a plus.
