Production and Assembly Assistant in Climate Tech (full or part-time) (f/m/d)

What you will be doing here
At MAGNOTHERM, we are developing a revolutionary refrigeration technology that has the potential to eliminate up to 30 per cent of energy demand and 100 per cent of direct greenhouse gas emissions in this sector. • You assemble the latest generation of refrigeration systems and prototypes that do not use traditional refrigerants at all. 
• You will be jointly responsible for the commissioning, maintenance and repair of systems, including on site if necessary.
• You will assist with incoming goods inspection, warehousing and dispatch.
• You will work on machines (CNC milling machine, conventional milling machine, lathe) and 3D printers with metals, plastics and wood.
• You will carry out simple electrical work (cable assembly, simple soldering work).

What you would ideally bring to the table

• In the best case, you have a technical education (carpenter, model maker or mechanic of any kind).
• Ideally, you have experience in and/or knowledge of working with machines.
• You have a proactive, structured and conscientious way of working.
• You are flexible and dynamic: you keep a cool head even in turbulent phases.
• You are open-minded and enjoy working in an agile, appreciative team.
• Ideally, you are proficient in German.
