The Compliance is internalized in the Revenue Governance team and defines processes and procedures dedicated to the frames of REMIT, EMIR and MiFID related to the PPAs.

To be successful with the above we are looking for a Compliance Expert willing to join our Team!

The successful candidate will be the focal point of the correct treatment of the energy agreements and will support the team of Revenue Governance defining the correct processes.

We are looking for people who have experience with contracts, monitoring process oriented, analytical skills, proficient in Italian and English.

The role reports to the Revenue Governance team and the Compliance Expert will be responsible for the obligations related to the hedging contracts and PPA.

The dedicated resource will preside over this function:

• Advising senior management on compliance laws, rules and standards;
• Providing guidance to the business area;
• Identifying, measuring and assessing compliance risk;
• The development of new products and new business practices;
• Monitoring and testing compliance;
• Reporting on a regular basis to senior management on compliance matters;
• The establishment of a compliance programme;
• Correct treatment of intracompany hedging products and exemption requests to the Authorities.

Required skills & experience:

• Knowledge of the implication of the specific regulation;
• Monitoring processes orientation;
• Precision skills  and good interpersonal skills;
• Analytical attitude and team oriented;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other MS applications;
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Italian and Spanish is a plus.
