We're looking for a skilled professional to lead the implementation of the project managment  module of IFS Cloud across our global organization  

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating between cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless rollout of the end to end model of our new ERP system together with other functions and Business Process Owners.  

About the project and future role  

You role in project will have 3 phases:  

  1. Design and specification of the ERP system functionalities 

  1. Roll out of the ERP globaly  

  1. Maintain and support the ERP system    

Key Responsibilities  

  • Lead the implementation of the Project Management module and collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful delivery. 

  • Coordinate testing to verify ERP functionalities, identify data sources for migration, and configure the ERP system. 

  • Analyze existing orders, configure projects in IFS for time tracking, and test module functionalities. 

  • Plan and design use/test cases and training materials, and train key users/end users. 

  • Engage in internal communication, change management activities, and regular meetings to collect user feedback and improve functionalities. 

  • Foster continuous improvement and provide second-level support, escalating issues as needed.
