Your Opportunity 


As the Brand Lead at Kathairos Solutions, you will spearhead the strategic development and execution of all visual and brand materials to ensure alignment with our mission and values.

 

In this role, you will oversee the design and implementation of graphics, videos, and promotional materials across various channels, including our website, social, paid campaigns, and print media. You will manage both the creation and the curation of visual assets, ensuring that all designs uphold our brand identity and communicate our brand story.

 

This position requires a blend of creative talent and strategic thinking, with responsibilities ranging from graphic design and video direction to the writing of compelling marketing copy. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and external partners to maintain brand consistency and to enhance our market presence.

 

The role demands a dynamic leader who is skilled in visual communication, adept at project management, and proficient in both digital and traditional media formats. Your ability to write effectively will be crucial as you develop content that resonates with our diverse audiences.

 

As Brand Lead, your creative vision and meticulous attention to detail will directly contribute to our overarching goal of reducing emissions and promoting sustainable energy practices.


Key Responsibilities


  • Visual Brand Management: Oversee and uphold all visual brand materials, including website, photos, graphics, videos, presentations, digital and printed collateral, ad creatives, public messaging, and media kits.
  • Graphic Design & Publishing: Strategize, create, and publish graphics for web, social media, blogs, e-newsletters, brochures, documents, downloads, slide decks, sales kits, digital and display ads, merchandise, and printed materials.
  • Video Content Management: Strategize, plan, direct, approve, publish, promote, and report on all short and long-form videos, both paid and organic.
  • Promotional Items Management: Oversee the design, ordering, budgeting, and distribution of apparel, promotional items, gifts, customer and staff welcome kits, conference kits, and display items.


Required Qualifications (Must Haves):


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in brand management or graphic design, preferably in technology or sustainability-focused industries.
  • Visual Strategy: Proven track record in managing and executing comprehensive visual strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Digital Assets: Extensive experience in creating and managing digital assets, including websites, social media graphics, and digital ads.
  • Video Production: Demonstrated ability to lead video production from concept to execution and distribution.
  • Written Communication: Exceptional skills in producing clear, compelling copy for various marketing materials and platforms.
  • Content Creation: Experience in maintaining voice consistency across all written content and visual storytelling.
  • Design Software: Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and team members effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating visual strategies to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Creative Thinking: Exceptional creative thinking and design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Market Analysis: Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies to leverage emerging opportunities.
  • Budget Management: Experience in managing budgets for design and promotional materials.
  • Project Management: Highly organized with proven project management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Promotional Items: Experience overseeing the production of physical promotional items, from design to distribution.

 

Assets (Nice to Haves):

 

  • Advanced certification in Adobe Creative Suite or other relevant design software is highly desirable.
  • Experience with web design and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
