Who we are:
At Glydways, we believe that mobility is a basic human right. Low-cost and ubiquitous access to affordable housing, employment, education, commerce and care lead to economic and social prosperity. As such our goal is to provide:
Public transit with the highest capacity, the best user experience, the lowest cost, and the lowest carbon footprint.
Our solution is a system of interconnected, profitable, and carbon footprint neutral transportation networks that uses standardized autonomous vehicles and a closed roadway. Together, they provide a 24/7 on-demand private mobility service without burdening the public with heavy upfront costs or annual system subsidies.
Meet the team:
As a Solutions Architect at Glydways, and as part of a Solution Design Team, you will be at the forefront of designing and defining the systems that will drive the next generation of urban mobility. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of world-class engineers, designers, and planners, and project managers working together to create transit solutions that exceed the expectations of our diverse global customer base.
The Solution Design Team is a critical part of our commercial scaling and project development efforts as no system is 1 size fits all. The team is ultimately built around customer success and the competitive application of the Glydways product towards a contract. A critical first step is the evaluation of the business opportunity, project risks and product fit. This results in a flexible team that understands the Glydways product holistically, its strengths, weaknesses and has the discipline to bring them to the foreground for evaluation, approval, proposal generation, product development education and ultimately commercial success.
