Uptake Alliance is an intersectional community of corporates, startups, policymakers, investors, and academics built to create the market conditions for frontier climate ventures to thrive. Launched in September 2023 by ADL Ventures and supported by NYSERDA, Uptake’s mission is to ensure the adoption of market-ready climate technologies. Uptake Alliance is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to serve as a Project Coordinator/Assistant to support our corporate-led innovation program.  This position is critical to ensure the smooth delivery of this NYSERDA sponsored program.  We are looking for someone who is well organized, proactive, and capable of managing and coordinated a myriad of tasks and competing priorities.

 

Responsibilities

●       Assist in the planning and execution of program activities.

●       Track and report progress on the delivery of milestones, tasks, and initiatives

●       Provide administrative assistance for the team including, scheduling meetings, preparing reports and meeting notes, and manage program documentation.

●       Service a point of contact for internal team to coordinate activities across the program.

●       Maintain the program’s project management database (Airtable) to facilitate clear, robust, and on-time reporting on program progress to internal and external stakeholders.

●       Maintain the program’s document repository (Google drive), keeping the team well organized

●       Assist and organizing program events and meetings and respond to ad hoc requests of the Program Director and senior staff.

Requirements

●       1-3 years experience in a similar project coordination or administrative support role

●       Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.

●       Strong organization and multitasking skills.

●       Attention to detail and an ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast paced environment.

●       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools, experience with airtable a plus
