Job Description
The Site Administrator opportunity is a full time position, 100% site based, located on Skelton Grange.
As the Site Administrator on our project site, you will;
- Coordinate the office administrative tasks for the site, including ordering office supplies, filing, organisation of travel, recording and storing of documentation
- Provide full administrative support to the Site Manager and keep him informed of all site related activities
- Controlling Document on PIRS and distribution of documents to engineering team
- Welcome visitors and clients including arranging catering as required
- Be aware of all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) requirements relevant to their role, and implement and comply with them.
