JOB TITLE: Plant Inventory Coordinator

AUTHORITY & SUPERVISION: 

  • Reports directly to the Assistant Inventory and Logistics Manager, with additional oversight from the Inventory and Logistics Manager 

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Maintain accurate records of plant inventory, including tracking growth stages, quantities, and locations.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility protocols for inventory management.
  • Coordinate with cultivation and processing teams to track plant/batch movement and update inventory systems.
  • Assist in creation and maintenance of seed to sale regulatory tags
  • Assist Inventory and Logistics Manager with maintaining accurate regulatory seed to sale plant tag inventory
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Prepare and generate reports on inventory status for management.
  • Assist in the implementation of inventory control processes and procedures.
  • Assist Cultivation team with physical completion of tasks associated with inventory procedure
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must possess a keen attention to detail
  • Knowledge of METRC and Dutchie is strongly preferred
  • Cannabis experience required
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to problem solve
  • Practical and proactive thinking
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships in order to gain support and results

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 21 years of age.
  • Possess valid driver’s license or state ID.
  • Must pass all required background checks.
  • Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends.
  • Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
  • Occasionally moves up to 30+ pounds of equipment/materials/product within rooms (100 pounds with assistance).
  • This job function may include being in a stationary position, or moving for extended periods of time.
