Your mission
Our Sustainability Department plays a critical role in advancing our commitment to sustainable practices and driving our mission toward a cleaner, greener future. We focus on embedding sustainability across our operations, ensuring that our activities align with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards. Our team develops and implements sustainability strategies, tracks carbon footprints, promotes renewable energy solutions, and supports circular economy initiatives. Join our team as a Working Student (f/m/x) – Sustainability and contribute to reducing our environmental impact while shaping the future of sustainable mobility across Europe.

Your responsibilities


  • Support the sustainability team with CSRD and EU-Taxonomy related tasks, including DMA, Gap Analysis, Action Plan implementation, and Reporting.
  • Assist in developing sustainability policies, goals, and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments on sustainability matters.
  • Implement sustainability measures across the value chain.
  • Support carbon footprint calculations.
Your profile
  • Currently enrolled in a European University Program related to sustainability, environmental science, or a similar field.
  • Based in or near Munich is a plus.
  • Strong interest in sustainability and environmental issues, with a desire to make a real impact.
  • Previous experience working on sustainability projects is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English. German knowledge is a plus.
