• Implement, test, and review firmware that champions next generation cooling.
• Deploy and maintain scalable multi-tenant infrastructure that drives device insights.
• Plan and deploy rollouts for new cloud services that enable the product or the team.
• Find technical solutions for business needs, and implement proof of concepts.

What you would ideally bring to the table

• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience programming microcontrollers and microprocessors in C / C++, knowledge of STM32 is advantageous.
• Familiarity with hardware interfaces and protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, USB, and CAN.
• Experience in providing containerized applications designed for high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery.
• Foundational understanding of networking concepts and technologies, familiarity with AWS is helpful.
• Basic knowledge of our technology stack (MQTT, Telegraf, InfluxDB, Grafana) and timeseries data are a plus.
• Understanding of modern security practices and the ability to transfer them to the development process.
• Readiness to work in a start-up atmosphere.
• Fluent in English and German.
