Your mission at Sistema.bio:


The People Analytics Associate plays a key role in supporting Sistema. Bio's People team by delivering data-driven insights and analyses that shape the overall people strategy. This role involves working closely with People and Finance leaders across regions to gather, analyze, and interpret workforce data. The primary goal is to leverage data to inform strategic decisions, optimize processes, and enhance the operational efficiency of the People Team. 


You’ll be in charge of:


  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting People data to provide insights and present data findings to HR leaders and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Providing data-driven recommendations to improve HR practices, such as recruitment strategies, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
  • Investigating patterns in data to identify areas for further analysis and eliminate gaps in our people reporting, both by implementing new reports and analysis, and working with the relevant teams to make sure we are getting the right source information. 
  • Ensuring HR data is handled in compliance with data protection laws and organizational policies, maintaining strict confidentiality and security protocols.
  • Reviewing and refining regularly  data collection, analysis, and reporting practices. 
  • Implementing improvements and adopting new tools or methodologies as needed.
  • Contributing to various projects by providing summary/analysis and interpretation of people data, such as the annual compensation and benefits reporting, end-of-year performance reviews and workforce planning.
  • Leading the design, delivery and analysis of employee engagement initiatives including employee surveys and pulse surveys.


More about YOU:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR data analysis or a similar role, preferably in a global organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • A strong foundation in data analysis tools, particularly Power BI, and HRIS platforms or equivalents.
  • Knowledge of HR metrics, processes, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights and spot what is relevant in terms of data metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.
