Your role as a Trainee - Quality, Health & Safety

Our department plays a crucial role in driving the transition toward fossil freedom by ensuring that all quality, health, and safety standards are met and continuously improved. We are committed to fostering a safe and sustainable working environment that aligns with our overarching goal of reducing reliance on fossil fuels.

Your responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new Quality, Health & Safety (QHS) standards
  • Support and coordinate projects and activities aimed at executing the QHS strategy
  • Manage communication and updates for various stakeholders
  • Create and distribute a monthly QHS newsletter
  • Proactively identify and lead initiatives for continuous improvement
  • Help develop and maintain a SharePoint platform dedicated to QHS
  • Assist with monthly reporting
