About the traineeship.   

This traineeship offers you a unique opportunity to kickstart your career in sustainable business. This means that each position has its own tailored responsibilities, challenges and matching profile.

Your role as a Trainee - People & Culture

The People & Culture department aims to foster a supportive and inclusive work environment while driving forward our commitment to fossil freedom. We are dedicated to ensuring that our workforce is engaged, well-supported, and aligned with our sustainability goals. Our department plays a crucial role in managing human resources in a way that supports the company’s mission and values, including our commitment to a sustainable future.

Your responsibilities:     

  • Provide advisory and support services to international managers on matters related to offers, contract changes, onboarding, internal transfers, and termination procedures.
  • Offer guidance and assistance to employees and managers on general HR issues that fall outside the scope of HR Direct.
  • Collaborate closely with local HR teams to inform managers and, when necessary, employees about local HR matters, including terms and conditions and relevant collective labor agreements.
  • Assist in optimizing local PC processes and policies, ensuring that stakeholders and employees are updated as needed.
  • Partner with HR colleagues, including Centers of Expertise, HR Service, and Payroll, to deliver tailored HR solutions to the business.
  • Work with and supply data analytics, BI dashboards and the implementation and use of AI tools.
  • Report to and support the Country Partner Manager based in Denmark, as well as HRBPs and Country Partners internationally.
