Your role as a Trainee - Investigating Engineering

You will be a part of the team Grid Planning & Optimization consisting of 8 colleagues, working with optimizing the expansion and function of the district heating network for 7 locations in Sweden. We explore new technology and investigate whether it can fit into the construction of the district heating system of the future. You will be an important part in our work towards fossil freedom!

Your responsibilities:    

  • Work with energy consumption for various properties and energy performance for properties.     
  • Investigate the water balance in Uppsala’s district heating network, develop a model for how it behaves.
