Your role as a Trainee – Asset Management E-Mobility

The Asset Management department at Vattenfall InCharge is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving asset management plans and strategies to optimize the performance of the company's charging infrastructure. This includes creating detailed reports that assess both the technical and financial aspects of the infrastructure, preparing annual plans and budgets, and submitting investment proposals to ensure the systems are available and functional at all times. As part of our team you will be also tasked with drafting and evaluating long-term maintenance plans, setting technical and functional standards for charging stations, and providing consultation on large-scale technical projects, including acquisitions. Additionally, the department oversees second- and third-line support, offering guidance on potential improvements and playing a critical role in troubleshooting by identifying root causes and implementing structural enhancements.
