Job overview:

As a Revenue Systems Architect, you will be pivotal in managing and optimizing the tools and systems that support our revenue functions, ensuring data integrity and enhancing process efficiencies across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Be a senior partner in developing and delivering on our revenue systems roadmap as well as overseeing the day-to-day management of these systems
    • Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of revenue systems and processes, including CRM (ideally deep knowledge of Salesforce), billing platforms, and ERP systems - especially from a technical and architectural perspective
    • Deep technical knowledge of Apex Language, Classes and Workflow, Triggers / Controller or Visual Force Pages, as well as excellent ability to manage central code control and source control
    • Collaborate with finance, revenue and any other teams to ensure system integration and alignment with business processes.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to automate manual processes and improve system functionality.
    • Develop and manage policies, procedures, and documentation for revenue systems
    • Manage and mentor junior team members and external vendors as needed
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for system upgrades, implementations, and migrations
    • Lead system audits and ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with company policies

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

    • 7+ years of experience managing revenue systems, preferably in a high-growth or technology environment.
    • Ability to deliver under ambiguity.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce (our main CRM). Experience with HubSpot desired (our Marketing engine) as well as engagement tools (SalesLoft, Gong) and other
    • Proven track record of implementing and optimising CRM systems and related tools
    • Excellent project management skills
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Preferred experience leading a team with a focus on mentoring and developing team members.
